Production Planning Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the production planning team;
• Supervises the execution of orders to ensure maximum utilization of available resources;
• Monitors and maintains finished goods stock levels within the minimum and maximum limits;
• Defines annual new stock levels to optimize the supply chain;
• Ensures on-time delivery of the correct quantities and prevents delivery interruptions to customers;
• Provides support to the team in managing the escalation process and critical products;
• Verifies availability, line capacity, and the maintenance of master data in SAP;
• Monitors and improves the planning process, internal procedures, and reporting.

Requirements:

• University graduate;
• Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics, previous experience in the automotive industry;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership/management position;
• Good English knowledge;
• Mandatory SAP knowledge (advance knowledge in SAP PP module );
• MS Office (Excel, Word);
• Very good communication skills;
