About Elchai Group
Elchai Group is an AI-first technology group headquartered in Dubai, operating across artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, digital assets, automation, and technology-driven business platforms.
We operate through a combination of human judgment and a production fleet of specialized AI agents. Every team member is expected to use AI tools as part of their daily work while following clear human approval, brand, security, and compliance controls.
About the Role
We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern to support the Social Media Marketing Manager across:
- The founder’s personal brand
- Elchai Group’s institutional brand
- LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and short-form video content
- Events, site visits, interviews, and founder-led content
- AI-assisted content production and monitoring
This is a hands-on learning and execution role. You will work alongside Elchai’s AI content and production agents and learn how to brief, review, organize, and improve AI-generated work under the direction of the Social Media Marketing Manager.
The Manager sets the editorial direction, approves content, manages the founder relationship, and owns compliance. The intern supports execution, production, research, organization, and monitoring.
The intern does not publish content independently.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the team by:
- Helping manage the weekly editorial calendar and content workflow
- Drafting clear briefs and prompts for AI content, research, image, and video tools
- Reviewing AI-generated drafts and improving their structure, clarity, and tone
- Drafting LinkedIn posts, X posts, captions, short-form scripts, and content outlines for review
- Supporting the development of the company’s X presence by researching suitable formats, conversations, and content opportunities
- Assisting with short-form video capture during founder shoots, meetings, events, and site visits
- Supporting basic editing, clipping, subtitles, formatting, and content repurposing
- Organizing footage, images, drafts, approvals, and published-content records
- Monitoring daily comments, mentions, direct messages, and inbound engagement
- Flagging important comments, opportunities, complaints, risks, or sensitive messages to the Manager
- Researching competitors, industry conversations, content trends, and relevant accounts
- Helping prepare weekly performance summaries covering reach, engagement, audience growth, and content results
- Following brand, approval, confidentiality, and compliance procedures at every stage
AI Tools and Working Environment
AI-tool usage is an entry requirement at Elchai Group.
Candidates should be comfortable using some of the following tools, or willing to learn them quickly:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Perplexity
- Canva
- CapCut
- Higgsfield
- AI image-generation tools
- AI video-generation tools
- AI transcription and subtitle tools
- Social media scheduling and analytics platforms
- Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools
You do not need to know every tool before joining. However, you must be able to learn new tools independently, test them responsibly, and explain how they improve the content-production process.
Compliance and Publishing Rules
Elchai operates in sectors where inaccurate or promotional wording may create legal and licensing risks.
From the first day of the internship:
- You must never publish content without approval from the Social Media Marketing Manager.
- You must never present any Elchai product or project as an investment opportunity.
- You must never solicit investment or invite the public to invest.
- You must never promise financial returns, guaranteed performance, liquidity, or financial outcomes.
- You must never make unsupported claims about licences, regulatory approvals, partnerships, customers, performance, or project progress.
- Any content involving digital assets, ownership, fundraising, investors, financial products, or regulated activities must go through the designated compliance review.
- Confidential company information must never be entered into unapproved AI tools or published externally.
- When uncertain, you must stop and escalate the content rather than guess.
These controls are operational requirements, not optional writing preferences.

This role is suitable for students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates with approximately 0–2 years of relevant experience.
