The Role

As a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer service and sales order processes while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting logistics operations. Acting as an important link between customers, sales, supply chain, and logistics providers, you will help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This role is located in Curitiba, Brazil and requires on-site presence on four days per week.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and sales order processes in SAP
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment, invoicing, and delivery coordination
  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and support requests
  • Coordinate shipments and collaborate with external logistics providers
  • Maintain customer master data and related documentation
  • Support complaint handling and provide product-related information to customers
  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure excellent customer service

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • Intermediate business English
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
