We are currently seeking to hire for one of our corporate clients:
Head of Technical Maintenance
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for effective technical maintenance
• Lead and develop maintenance teams
• Diagnose and analyze the technical condition of machines and equipment
• Organize planned and emergency repairs
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify and communicate the need for investments in new equipment and spare parts
Requirements:
• University degree in a technical or engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems and project management is considered an advantage
• Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
