Senior Product Manager (E Payments & Reloads)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Product Manager – Digital Reloads & Payments to lead the growth and transformation of Dialog’s digital recharge and payment channels. This role will be pivotal in accelerating our digital shift driving adoption, enhancing user experience, and maximizing the digital share of recharges and payments.

You will own the full product lifecycle from strategy and development to launch and performance optimization, ensuring seamless customer experiences and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and passion for innovation to strengthen the E-Reloads & Payments pillar’s contribution to overall digital engagement and profitability.

The Job

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with overall business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and competitive landscapes to ensure product relevance and differentiation.
  • Define clear objectives and KPIs to measure product success in alignment with EBITDA and growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining vision, strategy, and key milestones.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute product strategy effectively.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track progress, and optimize initiatives to ensure product success and profitability.
  • Drive successful product launches by developing and executing robust go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
  • Own the business case for the product — managing financial performance, profitability, and product lifecycle, including rationalization of underperforming products.
  • Provide ongoing insights to stakeholders on product performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement and competitiveness.

The Person

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering superior experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
