Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Inquivix. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of client projects focused on Korean market entry and digital campaign execution. Responsibilities include defining project scope and timelines, managing resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring clear communication among internal teams, clients, and external partners. The role involves monitoring project performance, identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements and support cross-functional collaboration to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills covering project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Inspection and quality control skills to review outputs and ensure they meet client and internal standards.
  • Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate tasks, resources, and workflows across remote teams and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with international clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience managing digital or marketing projects; experience in Korean or APAC markets is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a remote, cross-cultural environment and using project management and collaboration tools.
