Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Management Executive to manage and monitor our outsourced warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, timely shipment processing, and effective coordination between internal teams and external warehouse service providers.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor operational performance to ensure service levels and company requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
a) 3PL Warehouse Management
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners.
- Monitor inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipment processes.
- Ensure warehouse operations follow company SOP, safety requirements, and service level agreements (SLA).
- Act as the main contact point between company and 3PL warehouse provider for operational matters.
b) Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation between system records and physical stock.
- Investigate and follow up on stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and operational issues.
- Support cycle count and stock audit activities.
c) Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor 3PL KPI performance and follow up on corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
d) Coordination & Problem Solving
- Coordinate with Customer Service teams for shipment and inventory requirements.
- Handle operational escalations with warehouse partners.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance warehouse service quality.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or 3PL operations.
- Experience managing or coordinating with third-party warehouse providers is an advantage.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience handling warranty return, RMA, repair parts, or service inventory is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.
