WSP Korea’s Advisory Team is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Development & Technical Advisory) to join our growing advisory platform.
This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who can independently lead development and technical advisory assignments, engage directly with investors, developers, and corporate clients, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and specialist disciplines.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Advisory team in Seoul.
This role focuses on development and technical advisory services for real estate and development projects, supporting clients through project planning, technical due diligence, development review, regulatory assessment, and project delivery.
The successful candidate will manage projects independently, serve as a key client interface, and work closely with local and global subject matter experts to deliver integrated advisory services for investors, developers, and asset owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage real estate development and investment advisory projects
- Manage Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Development Advisory, and related consulting assignments
- Review design documentation, permitting requirements, regulations, and technical project risks
- Provide technical and strategic advice to investors, developers, and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, structural, MEP, cost, and specialist consultants
- Support proposal preparation, business development initiatives, and the expansion of advisory services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in architectural design firms, engineering consultancies, PM/CM organizations, or real estate advisory businesses
- Experience reviewing design documentation, permitting requirements, and technical project risks
- Proven client-facing experience and project management capability
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
Preferable:
- Licensed Architect or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience working with investors, developers, or global clients
- Experience in real estate development projects
- Experience in Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Development Advisory, or similar advisory services
- Experience in proposal preparation and business development activities
- Experience on international projects or working with global clients
