Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2+ years experience to expand our development capacity by developing full-stack applications with integrated LLM/AI capabilities. You will be working with a team of 6 engineers to deliver a range of development projects as part of our AI development sevice where you have the opportunity to work on a range of long term projects building multi-agent systems for businesses across Australia.

Position Details

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Location: Perth, Western Australia

Working Style: Hybrid

(4 days in office required)

Application is open to all Australian citizens willing to relocate to Perth, Western Australia.

Expected Outcomes:

1) Create full stack software applications

· Python backend experience (FastAPI)

· React.js or similar frontend experience (Vite)

· Experience with MongoDB/Postgres DBs or similar

· Able to effectively deploy solutions to the cloud (Azure experience preferred)

2) Effectively integrate AI into client projects and your own workflows

· Implement solutions using LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, etc.

· Implement responsible, proactive use of AI in your own workflows

3) Work as part of a team

· Work directly with the project manager to develop solutions for clients

· Development focused role
