Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Desktop/deskside and onsite field support
  • Windows, Mac, basic Linux, Microsoft 365, AD, VPN/network basics
  • Printer/secure print support
  • SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF, MyPC Health Check, and ServiceNow
  • Imaging/reimaging, hardware break-fix, IMACD, asset management, PC refresh
  • SOP/KB adherence, SLA/OLA, safety, ESD, and customer communication expectations
  • Desktop support, Field services, Deskside support, Printer support, Reimages

Required Skills

  • L2 onsite/deskside support responsibilities
  • Ticket handling in ServiceNow with SLA and documentation expectations
  • Hardware break-fix, imaging/reimaging, PC refresh, IMACD, and new hire/termination support
  • Printer and secure print troubleshooting
  • Asset tagging, inventory, loaner device tracking, returns, and vendor coordination
  • SOP, KB, security, ESD/safety, and site compliance adherence
  • Collaboration with Service Desk, L3, network, endpoint, application, and infrastructure teams
