We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and programmes, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage programme governance, reporting, risk, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Oversee resource planning, allocation, and utilisation across initiatives.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Drive change management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project and programme teams.

Requirements

✅ Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field

✅ PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred

✅ Strong experience managing large-scale technology transformation programmes

✅ Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

✅ Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) principles

✅ Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders

✅ Exposure to cloud-based transformation projects

✅ Strong commercial, financial, and risk management skills
