About the Company

We are partnering exclusively with one of the fastest-growing consumer health and performance brands in the world. The brand is premium, DTC-first, and creator-led, already operating at nine-figure scale across multiple markets — built in record time and backed by serious institutional capital, alongside a roster of world-class athlete and celebrity ambassadors.

Social is now the primary brand-building and demand-generation engine. This role owns it end-to-end, from strategy to daily output, and builds the AI-native social operation that lets a small team ship at 10x the usual velocity.

About the Role

This is a builder's role — full ownership of organic social across every priority platform, not a calendar-scheduling seat with a senior title. You will define the strategy, direct the content engine, integrate the brand's marquee ambassadors, and own the numbers that prove social's commercial impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning end-to-end organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn — with global presence and localized adaptation for the US, UK, and APAC
  • Building a social-first content engine that ships daily, and directing short-form video output hands-on
  • Owning the hook-to-CTA framework, brand voice, and reactive/trend-jacking content within a 24-hour response window
  • Integrating marquee athlete and celebrity ambassadors into brand-owned channels — owning cadence, framing, and social-native briefs
  • Building an always-on community program with clear response-time, tone, and escalation SLAs
  • Driving follower-to-customer conversion through coordinated social and lifecycle touchpoints
  • Partnering with performance marketing to feed the paid social pipeline and identify organic-to-paid winners
  • Owning weekly and monthly reporting, and tracking social's contribution to CAC, LTV, and brand awareness
  • Embedding AI across every stage of the workflow — ideation, scripting, captions, trend detection, comment triage, and reporting — and building the SOPs and prompt libraries behind it

What We're Looking For

The following are non-negotiable:

✓Track record of growth — you can point to specific, defensible follower growth, engagement lift, and commercial impact you personally drove on branded accounts.

✓AI-native, not AI-curious — AI is already embedded in your daily social workflow and you can demonstrate the output. This is a day-one requirement, not a nice-to-have.

✓Hands-on producer — not just a strategist. You write hooks, brief shoots, and cut a vertical video yourself.

✓Platform depth — deep fluency on TikTok and Instagram, with strong command of YouTube Shorts and X, plus the analytics stack (native tools, Sprout / Dash Hudson / Emplifi class, UTM hygiene).

✓Ambassador integration — real experience bringing athletes, celebrities, or high-profile talent into brand social, not just influencer seeding.

✓Creative judgment — you can look at a draft post and tell in ten seconds whether it will work.

✓Leadership range — 6+ years in social, with 2+ leading a social function at a DTC, consumer, or creator-led brand.

Advantageous (not required):

  • Health, wellness, premium supplements, beauty, or athletic performance category exposure
  • Direct experience with TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, or YouTube commerce
  • Experience building or working within a creator-led brand
  • Exposure to AI video generation (Sora, Runway, Kling) and AI-assisted editing
  • Experience running live shopping, creator livestreams, or event-driven social moments
  • Multi-market social leadership across US, UK, and APAC
