About the Role

To deliver the highest quality visual display for LOEWE to enhance exceptional client experience by planning and coordinate the activities of stores windows, in-store display & production process, establishing quality standards and promote the creation of a coherent image of the LOEWE brand worldwide in compliance with defined guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution and maintenance of in-store and window displays across the retail network, ensuring consistency with global Visual Merchandising standards and local business needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, pop-ups, store openings, renovations, and other Visual Merchandising initiatives.
  • Partner with the Global Visual Merchandising team to implement seasonal concepts and provide local market feedback.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Store Planning, and external vendors to deliver Visual Merchandising projects in line with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor VM standards and provide coaching and guidance to store teams.
  • Support vendor management, budget tracking, project administration, and reporting for local Visual Merchandising projects.
  • Manage the ordering, inventory, replenishment, and allocation of Visual Merchandising props, tools, and display materials across the retail network.
  • Develop VM training materials and guidelines, and deliver VM training to store teams to ensure consistent Visual Merchandising standards across stores.
  • Support the planning and execution of special events, press days, presentations, client activations, and other brand experiences from a Visual Merchandising perspective.
  • Coordinate flower arrangements and seasonal decorative elements for stores.
  • Prepare VM reports, project documentation, and administrative support for the VM team.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of Visual Merchandising experience within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong fashion sense, styling skills, and commercial awareness.
  • Good understanding of Visual Merchandising trends and luxury retail standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
  • Good command of English
