Your Responsibilities
- Advise HR stakeholders on the digital transformation of Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development processes.
- Drive the integration and optimization of Talent Management processes, fostering seamless connections between succession, development, performance and skills management.
- Configure, implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, with a strong focus on Succession & Development.
- Design solutions and ensure the implementation of HR technology best practices.
- Drive initiatives related to Skills Management, Skills Taxonomies and the development of skills-based organizations.
- Support testing, deployment, change management, user adoption and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Talent Management.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of English is required.
