Role overview
We are looking for a Recruiter to deliver hiring across the organization, covering both technical and non-technical roles. The role owns the full recruitment cycle from intake through to offer, working directly with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into filled roles. This is a hands-on position, and the role supports greater consistency and standardization in how we hire as the organization scales.
Key responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline
- Source candidates directly through outbound, referrals, networks, and communities.
- Build and maintain pipelines against active and anticipated roles, mapping talent across relevant markets and functions.
Recruitment Delivery
- Run intake sessions with hiring managers and translate requirements into clear briefs.
- Screen and shortlist candidates across Engineering, Product, Commercial, Operations, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-through.
- Manage offer preparation, negotiation, and close.
- Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with hiring managers on hiring priorities.
- Advise on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and realistic timelines.
- Report on hiring progress, pipeline status, and blockers.
Process & Standards
- Standardize recruitment templates and interview structures.
- Maintain the ATS and keep hiring data accurate.
- Manage job advertising, LinkedIn presence, and employer brand activity.
Experience & skills
- 3–7 years of recruitment experience in-house or at an agency, covering technical and non-technical roles.
- Recruitment experience within SaaS, fintech or other relevant technology sectors.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities move quickly.
- Demonstrable track record of placing candidates sourced directly.
- Sufficient technical fluency to assess engineering profiles credibly.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
