We are looking for a brilliant Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial & Marketing team in Sydney for an exciting 3 -6 month contract journey.

Working side-by-side with our Customer Experience (CX) Lead, you won't just be checking boxes—you’ll be the engine room of our marketing execution, helping us bring campaigns, digital initiatives, and major educational events to life.

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)

  • Omnichannel Execution: Bring your digital savviness to the table! You'll coordinate and deploy traditional and digital marketing materials across email, web, and print.
  • Event & Project Coordination: Bring your creative streak to life by helping organize impactful educational events, managing sponsorships, and collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance.
  • The Engine Room (Admin & Ops): Keep the team moving fast by managing vendor relationships, purchase orders, invoicing, and contract management (via DocuSign).
  • Team Hub: Coordinate key marketing meetings and initiatives, keeping our highly collaborative team aligned and running smoothly.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1+ years of marketing coordination or administration experience (if it's within pharma, medical devices, or healthcare, that's a massive plus!).
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of local regulatory frameworks, specifically the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with Purchase-to-Pay software, Excel, and Google Sheets.

How We Measure Success (KPIs)

  • Flawless Execution: Maintaining high data accuracy with zero major non-compliance incidents under Medicines Australia guidelines.
  • Event Excellence: Hitting a minimum 85% positive feedback score from internal teams and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) on event logistics.
  • Sharp Operations: Keeping operational expenses within a tight 2% variance of the monthly allocated budget, while keeping project approval timelines moving swiftly.
