Plan and manage FG(FINI goods), raw material (RM) and ICD requirements based on production forecasts, MPS, and sales demand.
Ensure on-time availability of materials to meet production schedules without causing excess or obsolete inventory.
Update RCCP file every month
Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, and shelf-life constraints.
Raise, manage, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, resolve shortages, delays, or quality issues.
Maintain effective communication with local and global suppliers to ensure reliability and continuity of supply.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align material supply with manufacturing needs.
Support new product launches (NPI) and phase-in/phase-out activities for materials.
Quarterly Regular product ranges and MTS list based on ABCxyz analysis
Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete (SLOB) materials and propose action plans.

Proactively identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans (alternative materials, suppliers, or inventory buffers).
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and supply chain performance.
