Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote WAPI’s AI and technology solutions across digital channels. Daily tasks include conducting market research, assisting with marketing strategy planning, creating basic marketing content, and supporting sales and customer engagement initiatives. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Interns will gain hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing while contributing to real projects in a flexible, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to engage with internal teams, support client-facing interactions, and present findings clearly.
  • Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs, and to provide data-driven insights for marketing initiatives.
  • Sales and Customer Service skills to assist in lead nurturing, respond to inquiries professionally, and support a positive client experience.
  • Marketing Strategy skills to help plan campaigns, segment audiences, and align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, web) and interest in technology, AI, or enterprise software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate using online tools.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM or marketing platforms (preferred).
