Job Description

Join our IT Service Desk team and play a key role in supporting a dynamic, enterprise-scale IT environment. As an IT Service Desk Administrator, you'll gain broad exposure to a wide range of technologies across the WAG Group, including Microsoft on-premises and Azure cloud services, security tools, and JIRA. Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you'll contribute to system improvements, support onboarding activities, and help deliver reliable IT services that keep our business running smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with providing IT services
  • Communicative (spoken/written) English / Hungarian mandatory, Romanian desirable, additional languages are an advantage
  • Previous Experience of M365 Suite Administration
  • Experience with Desktop and Mobile Support
  • Knowledge of MDM Solutions; JAMF/Intune is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Windows and iOS Operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Networking and Security concepts is advantageous

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive requests based on company needs via defined channels, processes, and tools
  • Supporting evaluation, sorting, and forwarding requests and incidents to further level of support
  • Supporting the incident management of the company's IT issues
  • Preparation of relevant user workplace (SW, HW, etc.) documentation
  • Keep SLAs/KPIs defined by contracts, internal rules, or by the manager
  • Regularly report to manager or leader
  • Cooperate with all parties involved in internal processes or task solutions
