Job Description / Responsibility

• Manage day-to-day factory petty cash operations and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Prepare, verify, and reconcile petty cash vouchers with proper supporting documents.
• Administer the petty cash fund in compliance with internal controls and authorization procedures.
• Prepare petty cash reports for management review and audit.
• Monitor petty cash expenditures and support cost-control initiatives.
• Maintain VAT records and ensure compliance with applicable VAT regulations.

Educational Requirements

• BBA from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be highly motivated to work in the plant.
