Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cloud migration and infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure.
Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, project plans, status reports, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), and other project artifacts.
Work closely with project managers, cloud architects, infrastructure, security, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Assist with vendor coordination and third-party engagement where required.
Support project budgeting, resource planning, reporting, and overall project governance.
Help ensure projects comply with organizational security, compliance, and governance standards.
Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and blockers to senior project leadership as needed.
Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and Agile delivery best practices.
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in a Junior Project Manager role.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure. Azure certifications are considered an asset but are not required.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, servers, storage, and security.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Experience working within Agile and/or Scrum delivery environments is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to Have
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
Experience supporting cloud migration, data center transformation, Windows Server refresh, or infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
Experience working within large enterprise environments, such as banking, financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
