At Memorial Healthcare Group, we are seeking a results-driven SEO & Content Specialist who can operate in the new search landscape - where AI Overviews, zero-click results, and AI agents are reshaping how users find and act on health information - and who measures success by patient acquisition and conversion, not raw traffic. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing organic search and content strategy that drives measurable patient acquisition and supports our leadership in healthcare marketing.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree from a relevant university program
- Minimum 3 years of experience producing, optimizing, and tracking the impact of SEO-optimized content
- Strong command of technical SEO, including structured data / schema markup · Working knowledge of the changing search environment: AI Overviews, generative/answer-engine optimization (GEO/AEO), zero-click search, and optimizing content to be cited by LLMs
- Proficient with third-party tools and platforms such as Semrush, Search Console, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience working in CMS systems
- A conversion- and intent-focused mindset - able to think in terms of the patient acquisition funnel
- Solid command of Turkish grammar and writing; proficiency in English is a plus
- Team-oriented, responsible, and open to new approaches
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Conduct keyword and competitor analysis during the content creation process
- Produce and optimize content aligned with user intent and conversion goals
- Maintain and update Health Library / blog content to remain LLM- and AI-compatible
- Implement and improve schema markup to strengthen page performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website activity, rankings, and conversion metrics through monthly and quarterly reports
- Analyze content performance and propose improvement recommendations
- Track search engine updates, algorithm changes, and the evolution of AI-driven search results
- Work in coordination with the SEO agency and cross-functional teams
- Follow digital trends and current developments in the healthcare field
