Our APIs and platforms support over 10 million brokerage accounts across 40+ countries, providing access to stocks, ETFs, options, crypto, fixed income, and more. Backed by over $300M in funding, we're building the global infrastructure layer for investing.

The Opportunity

We're scaling rapidly and looking for Senior Full-stack Engineers who think like product engineers.

You'll own projects end-to-end , from designing solutions and writing code to shipping products and operating them in production. We believe in engineers owning outcomes, not just tickets.

We're hiring across several teams:

Trading Platform

Build customer-facing brokerage products and infrastructure used by fintechs, brokerages, and institutional clients around the world.

Internal Tools

Build the platforms, dashboards, and operational systems that power Alpaca's Operations, Compliance, Finance, Support, and Engineering teams.

Operations Automations

Build workflow automation, process orchestration, and AI-powered systems that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency across the business.

Example Projects

Depending on the team, you could be working on:

• Trading and brokerage platforms used by millions of investors
• Institutional onboarding and account management systems
• Internal dashboards and operational tooling
• Workflow automation and process orchestration platforms
• AI-powered operational efficiency tools
• Compliance and regulatory systems
• Real-time monitoring and reporting platforms

What We're Looking For

• Strong Senior full-stack engineering experience with atleast 5+ years of experience
• Experience building and operating production systems at scale
• Product-minded engineers who enjoy owning solutions from concept to production
• Experience with SaaS platforms, fintech products, developer platforms, marketplaces, or operational tooling
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment

Location & Compensation

We're a fully remote company and are currently hiring across North America, South America, and Europe.
