Your mission
- Own the vision, strategy and roadmap of MIC's Export Control Management (ECM) solution.
- Act as the subject matter expert for export controls and translate regulatory requirements into software capabilities.
- Analyze changes in export control regulations, sanctions, embargoes, dual-use regulations and licensing requirements.
- Define requirements together with customers, consultants, developers and other stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and drive market-oriented product development.
- Support product positioning, customer workshops and sales activities.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to further strengthen MIC's Global Trade Management Suite.
MIC ECM helps multinational companies automate export compliance processes including embargo checks, licensing requirements, end-user screening and trade compliance controls
Your Skills And Qualifications
- Degree in International Trade, Law, Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics or comparable experience.
- Several years of experience in Export Controls, Trade Compliance or Global Trade Management.
- Good understanding of international export control regulations (e.g. EU Dual-Use, sanctions, embargoes, licensing).
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, proactive and analytical mindset.
- Fluent English skills.

Compensation
We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 68.000,- gross/ year (fulltime employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
