Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a telecommunications and technology services organization, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager. This role is responsible for supporting customer relationships, coordinating projects across multiple accounts, and ensuring customer requests and initiatives stay on track from start to finish. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their knowledge of technology-focused solutions.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate customer projects and ensure action items are completed on schedule
  • Manage customer meetings, follow-up activities, and ongoing communication
  • Monitor project progress and help keep initiatives on track across multiple accounts
  • Organize account documentation, customer information, and project details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful customer delivery
  • Identify customer needs and help connect them with appropriate solutions and resources
  • Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication and proactive support

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role
  • 1 year of technical support experience
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts or projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or customer management platforms
  • Experience supporting customers within telecommunications, technology, IT services, cybersecurity, networking, or data center environments
  • Familiarity with project coordination methodologies and task tracking tools
  • Exposure to managed services or technology consulting environments
