Job Description
- Ability to effectively manage logistics operations
- Plan transportation arrangements, make vehicle reservations, and track shipment processes
- Conduct research and development on alternative suppliers and transportation routes
- Regularly monitor the status of shipments and ensure the flow of information to relevant departments
- Track shipments and orders, and intervene promptly in the event of potential disruptions
- Assist in preparing shipment reports and operational records,
- Ensure that operations are conducted in compliance with customs regulations and relevant procedures
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in import, export, and preferably free zone regulations
- At least 5 years of experience in maritime and land transportation operations; knowledge of air transportation is a plus.
Qualifications
- Graduates of relevant university departments,
- Preferably with experience in multi-warehouse management and warehouse operations,
- Preferably with experience in the textile industry,
- Proficient in written and spoken English,
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP,
- Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills,
- Possesses strong communication and coordination skills and is a team player.
