Role Description: This is a 6 month, results driven remote internship designed for top tier talent. At Nomara, there is a clear path forward. We do not believe in stalling. As a Social Media Manager Intern, you are the architect of the brand. You do not just post content. You plan the attack. You will lead the audit process, build out the organic and paid strategies, and manage the ad campaigns that drive real ROI. You are the bridge between the client business needs and our creative team. If you do not know how to do all of this yet, do not trip. If you have the raw hunger and an analytical mind, we will teach you the Nomara way of winning.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform deep audits of client social media platforms to find gaps and opportunities
- Build out full social media strategies for both organic and paid growth
- Define brand pillars, themes, objectives, and high conversion funnels
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum performance
- Oversee the creative direction to ensure all content aligns with the strategy
- Pivot strategies in real time based on business needs or data insights
- Review all team output before it hits the Team Lead for final approval
