Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview schedules, assignments, and joining formalities
• Support offer letter and hiring documentation coordination
• Manage communication with colleges, candidates, and internal teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience
