Tasks

Your responsibilities as a General Consulting & Strategy (Legal) Manager (f/m/d) will primarily include:

  • You will handle all aspects of labor law (individual and collective labor law) and work closely with our HR team
  • You will provide advice on human rights issues (particularly fact-finding)
  • You will serve as the point of contact for the interfaces with the relevant corporate functions, ensuring an efficient flow of information between the corporate level and LGBS
  • Together with the team, you will further develop our investment structures and the associated governance from a legal perspective. In doing so, you will serve as an advisor to management and the organization (companies and business locations) on legal matters
  • You will prepare decision-making documents for management, analyze complex data, and present it in a format suitable for management

Requirements

You are a fully licensed attorney and ideally have at least three years of professional experience in a similar position or at a law firm. In addition, you have the following qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and, ideally, corporate law; experience in data protection and compliance is a plus
  • Practical experience in labor law, preferably in an international corporate environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and develop pragmatic solutions
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style with strong execution skills.
  • A confident demeanor, as well as diplomacy and strong social and intercultural skills
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and experience in project management
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
