Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IFS EAM Configuration Consultant with hands-on expertise in configuring Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules within IFS Applications/IFS Cloud. The ideal candidate should have experience in configuring asset management processes, planned maintenance, asset hierarchy, and validating data structures while working closely with business and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules in IFS Applications/IFS Cloud.
- Configure and maintain Asset Registry, EAM Foundation, and Planned Maintenance (PM).
- Configure and validate Asset Hierarchy, equipment structures, and related master data.
- Review and work with Pre-Burner / 2CA models for configuration activities.
- Validate asset data structures and ensure configuration aligns with business requirements.
- Support configuration movement across environments and participate in testing activities.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to implement configuration changes.
- Perform system validation, issue analysis, and support defect resolution during implementation.
- Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and functional design documents.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
- Strong experience configuring Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Asset Registry
- EAM Foundation
- Planned Maintenance (PM)
- Asset Hierarchy
- Equipment Structure
- Experience working with IFS Configurator.
- Knowledge of Pre-Burner / 2CA configuration models.
- Experience validating asset data structures and master data.
- Strong understanding of EAM business processes and maintenance lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with IFS Mobile (MWO).
- Knowledge of IFS Cloud implementations or upgrades.
- Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or asset-intensive industries.
- IFS certifications will be an added advantage.
