Commercial Director - HVAC (H/M/X)

We are looking for an executive leader to take full ownership of the commercial strategy for a world-class multinational in the Industrial / HVAC sector. This is a mission-critical role designed for someone who can translate high-level business objectives into market leadership and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the multi-channel commercial roadmap (B2B/B2C).
• Manage and scale a high-performing sales organization, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Full responsibility for revenue, margins, and commercial execution.
• Coordinate with international HQ and local teams to align Go-to-Market initiatives.

Requirements

• +10 years in senior commercial leadership roles within industrial or highly competitive B2B environments.
• Proven success managing large teams and complex distribution networks.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for international reporting.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
