Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Marketing Specialist/Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing engaging content, and optimizing campaigns to maximize audience engagement. Daily tasks include managing social media platforms, monitoring performance analytics, and collaborating with team members to align marketing strategies with business objectives. You will also explore opportunities for brand growth and develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

• Manage and oversee all social media accounts.

• Plan, design, and create visuals for advertising campaigns.

• Utilize and optimize Google Ads for performance.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Expertise in Content Strategy and creating compelling, engaging content
• Understanding of analytics tools to measure social media performance
• Experience in digital marketing and brand development is a plus
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
