As a Senior Executive Planning, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic, insight-driven media plans that maximize client marketing investment across digital and traditional platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, the ability to apply strategic logic and data analysis to planning decisions, and close collaboration with clients, media partners, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and performance delivery.

A Typical Day Will Include

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, marketing goals, and advertising strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure media investments are optimized and deliver maximum return.
  • Apply strategic rationale and analytical thinking when building media plans and recommendations.
  • Create, analyze, and maintain detailed planning and performance reports, including: Competitive Snapshots, MRO Updates, Special Operations Presentations, Secondary PPT Updates, Positions Calendars, ID Cards, OOX Reports, Post-Buys, PCAs, Weekly Digital Reports, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Analyze market, audience, and performance data to derive insights and inform planning decisions.
  • Continuously monitor campaign delivery and recommend optimizations to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media suppliers and industry partners.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, media innovations, and evolving online and offline opportunities.
  • Proactively research industry developments to enhance strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution and alignment with client objectives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar media planning role within an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of media planning and buying tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and traditional media channels.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
