Client Associate

Your role

Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team

You’ll be working within a Wealth Management branch office in San Diego where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of

ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Your expertise

• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred but not required
• ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - San Diego min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
