Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory positions, including production workers, technicians, warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and local recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Organize walk-in interviews, job fairs, and mass recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure recruitment documentation is complete.
  • Maintain recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Build talent pipelines to ensure timely manpower fulfillment.
  • Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
  • Good command of written and spoken English; local language skills are an advantage.
