Global Marketing Manager – Urology Product Group | Seoul, Korea
We're exclusively representing a Korea-based, market-leading innovator in advanced urology devices, as they build out their global commercial function. Having recently expanded into the US market and partnered with a global network of distribution and channel partners, our client is now looking for a Global Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across their urology portfolio worldwide.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing MedTech company at a pivotal stage of international growth, shaping go-to-market strategy for a genuinely differentiated urology technology.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll own the global marketing strategy for the company's urology portfolio — from segmentation and positioning through to GTM execution, sales enablement, and KOL engagement — working cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Market Access teams.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve global marketing strategy, positioning, and regional growth plans; lead annual marketing planning across priorities, KPIs, and budget
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and product launches, coordinating across Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access
- Develop deep customer and competitive insight through VOC, win/loss analysis, advisory boards, and field intelligence
- Build best-in-class messaging, sales tools, and commercial content, from positioning and clinical summaries to training and digital assets
- Partner with Medical Affairs on KOL strategy, congress planning, and evidence-based clinical storytelling
- Define and track KPIs across pipeline contribution, adoption, and content effectiveness; manage agency/vendor relationships
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare — urology strongly preferred
- Experience in urology or adjacent specialties (endourology, pelvic health, continence care, lithotripsy, MIS)
- Experience with global portfolios and regional adaptation (EMEA MDR, US FDA, APAC commercialization)
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working globally across time zones and cultures; willing to travel 10–30%
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required; MBA a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience partnering with Market Access/Reimbursement and health economics
- Background supporting capital equipment and/or disposables/consumables models
- Prior experience as a healthcare sales representative
If you're a strategic, hands-on marketing leader ready to shape the global growth of a category-defining urology technology, we'd love to hear from you.
