Key Account Manager

Your Responsibilities

Key Account Manager Role:

  • Responsible for the Key Account Management (KAM) review.
  • Works proactively to define new RFPs / Monitors and anticipate RFPs .
  • Ensures and facilitates the synthesis of all relationships between BT and major accounts.
  • Analyzes customer/market needs and proposes appropriate technical solutions.
  • Conduct key sales negotiations.
  • Implements necessary product reference with major market clients.
  • Identify organizational charts and decision-making networks within market clients / Related key people and company history in real time.

Sales Role:

  • Direct: Prospects and manages a portfolio of clients and prospects.
  • Indirect: Develops the distribution network / proposes, qualifies and manages new distributors.
  • Analyzes and understands customer needs.
  • Sells solutions tailored to clients / Responds to tenders / Prepare the technical and financial proposals.
  • Promotes company offerings / Develops business with prospects.
  • Reports on sales activity.
  • Participates in communication activities (events, memberships, etc.).
  • Manages commercial disputes in conjunction with the client and the industrial, service, and project teams.
  • Communicates customer needs internally.

Role Product Manager ERMS (Environmental Radiation Monitoring Systerm):

  • To monitor the ERMS Product Range to support Sales.
  • To monitor the life cycle of the products through PLM, ERP, CRM.
  • To give all support to R&D, Project, Services, Production, Sales and After Sales Teams regarding the Product Range concerned.
  • To monitor the Price List updated regarding the costs, Margin and the competition.
  • Promote the products and systems.
  • To Participate actively on scientific networks.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Physics, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in the field.
  • A true salesperson with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Hunter profile.
  • Strong technical background in radiation.
  • Technical proficiency in environmental monitoring devices, radiation detection equipment, or industrial instrumentation.
  • Strong command of B2B technical sales processes, including solution selling, tendering, and distributor management.
  • Adept at complex sales in complex organizations.
  • Very good interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding and adaptability to foreign cultures.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomous and leader.
  • Rigorous and comfortable with processes.
  • Fluent in German and English.
