At Removify, we protect what matters most: reputation. We specialise in removing negative, unwarranted, and defamatory content from the internet for businesses of all sizes across the world with this role having a focus on Europe and the US.

Our European office is growing rapidly. We're a close-knit, collaborative team backed by a global business of more than 50 talented people. We're now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to become the fourth member of our local team and help us build relationships with large enterprise organisations across Europe and North America.

The Role

As our Enterprise BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective enterprise customers, helping them understand how Removify can protect and strengthen their online reputation.

This is far more than a traditional cold-calling role. You'll research organisations, understand their challenges, start meaningful conversations, and build relationships with senior decision-makers. You'll receive hands-on coaching from experienced colleagues and have a clear pathway to progress your career as our European business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Researching and identifying key decision-makers within large enterprise organisations across Europe and the US.
  • Building relationships through thoughtful outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Understanding prospective clients' reputation challenges and qualifying opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • Working closely with our local team and global colleagues to refine messaging, share market insights and continuously improve our approach.
  • Maintaining an organised pipeline and keeping our CRM up to date.
  • Contributing ideas and feedback that help shape our sales strategy as we continue to grow.

  • Competitive Package
  • Base salary: €35,000–€38,000
  • On-target commission: €5,000–€10,000
  • On-target earnings (OTE): €40,000–€48,000
  • Commission is uncapped, so high performers can earn more.
