Sales Representative (Commission-Only)

I'm hiring a driven Sales Representative to join BraivIQ, a London-based specialist AI agency. We build autonomous AI agents, intelligent automation, and custom AI systems that help ambitious businesses cut costs and scale across banking, insurance, energy, retail, legal and professional services.

AI adoption is exploding right now, and demand for what we build is far outpacing our capacity to reach the businesses that need it. We're early-stage and growing fast, which makes this a genuine ground-floor opportunity for a closer who wants to grow with us.

The role

This is a commission-only role with genuinely uncapped earning potential. You'll identify and open conversations with UK businesses, book and/or run discovery calls, and close deals for AI projects and retainers. These are high-value contracts, and many turn into ongoing retainers, so strong closers can build substantial, recurring income.

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify leads (your own outreach plus warm inbound)
• Pitch BraivIQ's AI agent, automation and custom AI services
• Manage the pipeline from first contact to signed deal
• Work closely with me and our delivery team on proposals

What I'm looking for

• A proven closer, ideally in B2B, tech, SaaS or agency sales
• Comfortable selling to decision-makers (founders, ops leaders, C-suite)
• Self-starting, organised, and motivated by commission upside
• Genuine interest in AI. You don't need to be technical, but you must be able to talk credibly about value and ROI
