Job Overview
We are looking for Business Development Managers with experience in the forex or crypto industry to drive new partnerships and grow our network.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring new Introducing Broker (IB) partners
- On-boarding new IB partners
- Relationship management with new and existing partners to build loyalty
- Continuous due diligence
- Introducing Libertex products, services and cooperation terms to partners
- Consulting partners' staff on sales, monitoring partners' sales
- Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met
- Preparing monthly reports on partners' performance
- Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development role within the brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange or neobanks industry.
- A good understanding of international financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
- Business-level fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and writing skills as well as attention to detail
- Confident telephone conversation skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
- Strong negotiation and pitching skills
- Great listening skills
- Ability to work on deadline
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to maintain a positive atmosphere among partners, making their voices heard and providing them with timely feedback and solutions on all issues that may arise
- Must demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills and balance between the interests of the company and the partner
