Senior Pricing Manager, Vehicle Aftermarket NAM –

SKF Automotive Business

Location: Plymouth, MI OR Blue Bell, PA

The Senior Pricing Manager for SKF Automotive Vehicle Aftermarket is responsible for leading pricing strategy, governance, and operational execution across the Industrial Aftermarket sales channels. This role ensures competitive, compliant, and profit‑optimized pricing through strong cross‑functional collaboration, disciplined processes, and data‑driven decision‑making. The Pricing Manager will guide the pricing organization, manage quoting, oversee distributor pricing programs, and partner closely with finance and global teams to support cost and regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Design and institutionalize standardized pricing processes, KPI’s, and dashboards
  • Monitor and report on pricing performance and competitiveness.
  • Establish governance for price waterfall, discounting, and channel consistency
  • Lead ongoing pricing execution for North America aftermarket Provide insights, recommendations and simulations to involved stakeholders on pricing trends and opportunities.
  • Manage pricing tools and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Staying updated with pricing best practices and market dynamics including the creation, deployment, and management of AI Agents

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in pricing strategy, commercial excellence, or revenue management
  • Proven experience leading pricing and pricing transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience selecting and/or implementing pricing software platforms
  • Strong background in B2B distribution, industrial, automotive aftermarket, or similar
  • Experience working with SAP or comparable ERP ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge strategy + execution
  • Ensure adoption of AI-driven pricing, competitive intelligence, and automation tools
  • Experience working in the pricing process; from analysis and strategy development to implementation. Preferably from a company with a wide range of product assortment (15k+).
  • Experience working with the Vehicle Aftermarket is a huge advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market research, interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position starts at $135,000 USD annually. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes a retirement savings plan, annual company bonus, and additional benefits.
