About The Role

This lean and entrepreneurial team works directly with executive leadership on the company’s most important initiatives across corporate strategy, growth, operational improvement, business development, and AI/tech forward innovation. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across the business and a clear path toward future operational, functional, or growth leadership opportunities.

The Director of Strategic Operations will be a highly analytical, hands-on leader responsible for driving operational and financial performance across key partnerships. This person will lead and develop a high-performing team, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and turn data, insights, and business challenges into clear recommendations and measurable results. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives that drive growth, performance, and partnership value
  • Coach, develop, and manage team members while ensuring high-quality support for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with senior operations leaders to improve financial, operational, and clinical outcomes
  • Lead day-to-day strategy and execution for a portfolio of partnerships
  • Build financial models, forecasts, business cases, and analyses to support decision-making
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners
  • Identify and evaluate new business, ancillary service, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a high-growth healthcare organization
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership or Board-level audiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive initiatives from concept through execution
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred but not required.
