Role Description The Co-Owner role at Themepixel IT is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY. This role involves collaborating on overall business strategy, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing key functions such as sales, marketing, and product development. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, guiding the development and improvement of digital products, and supporting brand visibility through social media and other channels. The Co-Owner will participate in financial planning, performance reviews, and high-level decision-making while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing interactions.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive revenue growth, manage outreach campaigns, and support brand positioning.
• Candidates should possess Product Development skills to guide product roadmaps, align features with user needs, and oversee delivery quality.
• Candidates should possess Social Media and digital engagement skills to enhance online presence and support community building.

• A background in technology, digital products, or IT services, along with familiarity with basic financial and operational metrics, is beneficial.
