Overview
Get in on the ground floor as the foundational operational backbone for a rapidly expanding, regional residential and commercial services brand.
We are a premier, fast-growing interior and exterior painting enterprise operating across highly targeted regional markets in the United States. Our business adapts dynamically to the seasons, driving a heavy volume of exterior work from spring through fall, and shifting to high-quality indoor transformations and drywall repairs during the winter months. We pride ourselves on a family-oriented, fast-paced culture centered around crystal-clear communication and sustainable growth. As our very first dedicated support hire, you will work hand-in-hand with our highly hands-on business owner, receiving personal training and direct mentorship to ensure no leads fall through the cracks while scaling our brand. If you are a hungry, ambitious professional who wants to build an actual long-term career rather than just reading scripts at a generic call center, this growth-focused role is your perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Appointment Setting: Promptly handle incoming inquiries across multiple platforms (including Google, local field teams, Facebook, and Instagram ads), using established scripts to vet prospects, check project viability, and book appointments.
- CRM & Calendar Coordination: Maintain the business owner's daily calendar, organize booking schedules, and utilize our specialized industry CRM (DripJobs) to track client pipelines.
- Social Media & Ad Management: Launch and manage digital advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using pre-tested creative templates.
- Content & Graphic Creation: Edit short video clips and design basic graphic elements using tools like Canva to keep our social channels engaging and modern.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the central communication bridge connecting the owner, our three dedicated subcontractor crews, and eager clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Must-Have Requirements
- Communication Skills: Fluent English speaker with strong, proactive, and clear verbal and written communication capabilities (a natural accent is completely welcomed).
- Ambitious Mindset: Highly driven, ambitious, and hungry for professional advancement with the strong initiative to take action without waiting around.
- Coachability: An open, enthusiastic attitude toward receiving constructive feedback and rapidly learning new scripts, systems, and frameworks.
- Tech-Savviness: Natural comfort with modern technology and social media platforms, along with a proven track record of picking up new software tools quickly.
- Reliability & Organization: Methodical attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a trustworthy remote work ethic while managing multiple tasks.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Digital Advertising: Prior professional experience launching or managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads or Google Ads.
- Creative Software: Hands-on experience with video editing and graphic creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- CRM Familiarity: Past experience navigating modern CRM platforms, with specific experience in DripJobs being a massive bonus.
- Sales & Marketing Background: Formal training or a professional background in sales, marketing, or customer appointment-setting.
- Cultural Alignment: A strong grasp of current Western social media trends and digital culture, matching a digital native profile.
- Bilingual Skills: Conversational or professional bilingual proficiency, including Spanish language skills (helpful but not required).
