As a Placement Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting brokers throughout the full placement lifecycle, from pre-placement activity through to binding and post-placement servicing of treaty reinsurance programmes. You’ll be part of a team building a modern, scalable Placement Support function, contributing to the design of effective processes, driving operational efficiency, and delivering a high quality market-leading client experience within Client Service and Operations. This role offers real exposure, responsibility, and the chance to develop your expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
