Truvo is hiring a paid Growth & Business Development Intern.
This is a part-time role for someone early-career, sharp, AI-native, scrappy, and interested in startups, software, sales, and growth.
Truvo builds AI-native workflow systems for businesses with messy operations: missed calls, scattered inboxes, manual follow-up, spreadsheet workflows, and back-office bottlenecks.
This is not a traditional social media internship. The goal is pipeline.
You’ll help:
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Build prospect lists for specific industries and workflows
- Write and test LinkedIn/email outreach
- Support SDR-style outbound campaigns
- Turn client work into case studies, proof points, and short posts
- Track replies, booked calls, and what messaging works
- Support founder-led sales and growth experiments
Ideal fit:
- Clear writer
- Comfortable reaching out to people
- Strong at research and spotting opportunities
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable using AI tools without producing generic AI content
- Interested in startups, software, operations, sales, and growth
- Willing to learn outbound sales, prospect research, and B2B messaging
This role is part-time and paid monthly. Performance matters more than resume.
