Role Description

The Salon Team Leader will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth salon functionality while supporting team members in delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, training, inventory control, customer service, and meeting salon performance goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based Massillon, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Leadership and managerial skills, including team management and training capabilities.
• Must possess a valid Cosmetology License through the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure exceptional client experiences and team collaboration.
• Operational expertise in scheduling, inventory management, and achieving performance targets.
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the beauty and salon industry, with styling and salon experience being advantageous.
• Proficiency in handling salon software applications is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive and inspiring team culture and foster an inclusive environment.
