As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic and operational projects that support the growth, quality and consistency of our homecare franchise network across Ireland. You will be central to helping our franchise partners succeed, ensuring new systems, services and initiatives are planned, implemented, embedded and transitioned successfully into Business as Usual (BAU).
You will work closely with the Head of Projects, Executive Team, internal departments, franchise partners and external suppliers to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously. These may include new IT and digital platforms, compliance and quality frameworks, operational process rollouts, service innovations and partner support initiatives. You will also support projects beyond go-live by coordinating enhancements, managing supplier relationships and ensuring solutions continue to meet operational needs.
What we offer:
- Annual Salary - €45,000 - €50,000 DOE
- 28 days leave + birthday leave + 10 statutory public holidays

Experience & Personal Qualities
- Recognised project management qualification with 2–3 years’ experience delivering projects, ideally having progressed from a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience in healthcare, social care or franchising environments is desirable but not essential.
- Experience supporting system implementations, operational improvements or service rollouts.
- Understanding of the full project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, go-live and transition into Business as Usual.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or technology vendors, coordinating delivery and post-implementation enhancements.
- Proven ability to deliver projects to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior managers, franchise partners and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PMO tools such as MS planner, Monday.com, Asana etc.
- Highly organised with excellent planning, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
