About The Role

As Covariance continues to scale its go-to-market (GTM) team, we are seeking a highly skilled GTM-focused Recruiter to join our dynamic organization. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-performing revenue and post-sales talent within high-growth, early-stage environments. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting processes for key GTM roles, primarily focusing on Account Executives (Mid-Market & Enterprise), Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Consultants/Sales Engineers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with sales, customer success, and solutions leadership to define role profiles, develop scalable hiring processes, and build a strong talent pipeline. Your efforts will directly impact our growth trajectory by ensuring we attract top-tier talent that aligns with our innovative culture and ambitious goals.

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, with significant focus on GTM roles
  • Proven success in hiring Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Consultants in B2B SaaS environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions and post-sales functions
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies
  • Ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting with minimal process overhead
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
  • Experience using creative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound messaging
  • Ability to develop and refine candidate profiles based on evolving role requirements
  • Comfort in designing structured interview plans and coaching hiring managers

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Consultants, from intake to offer negotiation and closure
  • Partner with GTM leadership to translate revenue goals into strategic hiring plans and role definitions
  • Develop and continuously improve candidate profiles for quota-carrying and post-sales roles
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach, and innovative sourcing methods
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support recurring hiring needs
  • Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, ownership, adaptability, and pace
  • Design tailored interview plans and scorecards, and coach hiring managers on interview best practices
  • Ensure a fast, high-quality, and candidate-friendly hiring process
  • Lead offer strategies, negotiate terms, and close top-tier talent effectively
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Assist in building recruiting infrastructure, including tools, processes, and metrics suitable for a Series A company
  • Monitor hiring funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership in scaling the GTM organization efficiently and effectively
