We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join a leading insurance organisation in Dublin on a contract basis.
The Role
You'll lead complex, cross-functional programmes within a fast-paced insurance environment, driving delivery from initiation through to completion. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can operate at senior stakeholder level while keeping delivery on track.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end programme delivery across multiple workstreams
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships including C-suite and regulators
- Drive governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology
- Ensure programmes are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope
What We're Looking For
- Extensive programme management experience within the insurance sector — this is essential
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, products, or regulatory landscape (Solvency II, DORA an advantage)
- Proven ability to lead large, complex programmes independently
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels
- PMP, Prince2, or MSP certified preferred
